SAN RAMON, Calif. – GE Digital today announced its relationship with Carlyle Aviation Partners, a major global lessor with an extensive fleet of approximately 399 aircraft. The collaboration leverages GE Digital’s cutting-edge Asset Transfer System (ATS) software to enhance Carlyle Aviation Partners’ operations across the entire aircraft lifecycle.
ATS is designed as a comprehensive digital platform that facilitates the more seamless transfer of critical aircraft records. This means stakeholders can access and review records throughout the aircraft’s lifecycle, enabling more transparency and efficiency in compliance, maintenance, and operational processes. The system reduces manual tasks, reducing the risk of errors and enabling smoother transfers.
Having worked collaboratively on GE Digital’s steering committee to develop ATS, Carlyle Aviation Partners will implement ATS across its operations and benefit from streamlined record management and easy cooperation among various stakeholders involved in aircraft transactions. Whether it’s end-of-lease transitions, maintenance events or aircraft acquisition, or sales, ATS will play a pivotal role in simplifying and expediting essential processes.
“We are delighted to partner with Carlyle Aviation Partners and provide them with our Asset Transfer System software,” said Andrew Coleman, General Manager, GE Digital, Aviation Software. “This collaboration highlights our commitment to revolutionizing the aviation industry with cutting-edge digital technologies. By adopting ATS, Carlyle Aviation Partners will be able to optimize their operations, ensuring efficient record management and seamless aircraft transactions throughout the entire lifecycle.”
This partnership between GE Digital and Carlyle Aviation Partners signifies a significant step forward for the aviation industry. Customers that purchase ATS can expect improved reliability and reduced turnaround, ensuring smoother operations and enhanced customer satisfaction. ATS offers a scalable and adaptable solution that caters to the specific needs of aircraft operators, lessors, and maintenance organizations.
“Carlyle Aviation Partners is excited to fully deploy ATS into our ecosystem. Carlyle Aviation Partners has supported the development of ATS through our involvement in GE Digital’s steering committee, offering guidance on content and functionality.
